Everything here lives on Studio → Branding and controls how your proposals, invoices, and public pages look.
Upload a Dark Logo (for light backgrounds) and, optionally, a Light Logo variant (for dark backgrounds, used by templates with a dark cover page). If you only upload one, templates that need the other variant fall back to it automatically.
Set your brand color — used throughout your proposal and invoice PDFs — and pick a font pairing. You can also control the logo, title, and caption sizes and alignment on your PDF cover page, and whether the hero title and tagline are shown at all.
Write an About text (shown on proposals as a short studio bio) and a one-line tagline. You can also upload a Featured image (the full-bleed cover photo behind your studio name on the PDF) and a separate About us image (shown inside the About section itself) — both let you reframe/crop after upload to the recommended size.
Add your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, or other social links — shown as small icon badges on your proposal and invoice PDFs.
Write a reusable opening message for new proposals — use {{client_name}} and {{studio_name}} as placeholders and they're automatically filled in for each client as you type their name into a new proposal. Editing a specific proposal's cover note only changes that one proposal, never your saved default.
Your standard terms, pre-filled on every new proposal and invoice — edit per-proposal when a specific client needs different terms, without touching your saved default.
Shown on the closing page of PDF templates that have one (Luxury and Atelier) — leave it blank to use that template's own built-in message instead.
Choose which proposal/invoice template your studio uses — which templates are available depends on your plan. See Pricing for what's included at each level.
