Is my data safe with TaKo Studio?

Yes. Every studio's data — proposals, clients, invoices, galleries — is private to that studio's own account, reachable only after logging in with your password. Every page and every request to TaKo Studio is encrypted over HTTPS, the same standard used by banking and payment sites.

No. There's no public directory and no visibility between studios. Your proposals, client list, invoices, and galleries are scoped entirely to your own studio account — another studio using TaKo Studio can never see your data, and nothing is searchable or indexed publicly.

Your own subscription payments to TaKo Studio are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway — TaKo Studio never sees or stores your card or bank details directly. As for your clients' payments to you: TaKo Studio doesn't process those at all. You collect payment from your clients however you normally do (UPI, bank transfer, cash) and simply log the amount in your invoice — no client card or bank data ever passes through TaKo Studio.

On infrastructure based in India (Mumbai) — your studio and client data doesn't have to leave the country.

You, and any team member you've added to your studio account. TaKo Studio's own team can access studio data when needed to provide support you've requested or to maintain the platform — the same standard practice as any SaaS product — but there's no visibility for other studios or the public.

Nothing is deleted. Your account simply moves to read-only access until you renew or choose a plan — everything you've built stays exactly as you left it.
