Everything here lives on Studio → Payment Settings and controls what clients see on your invoices, and how a new proposal's payment schedule starts out.
Add the payment methods you accept — UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer, or any custom label you type in. These are shown to clients on your proposals and invoices so they know their options.
Add your account holder name, bank name, account number, IFSC code, and UPI ID — printed on invoices so clients can pay you directly. You can also add a GST number, printed under Bank Details independently of whether tax is enabled on your proposals.
Set up the installment stages you typically use — Booking Amount, First Payment, Second Payment — each as either a percentage or a flat amount. A Final Payment stage always covers whatever's left of the total automatically. This schedule pre-fills on every new proposal; you can still adjust it per-proposal when a client needs a different plan, without changing your saved default.
Upload a square image of your signature or stamp, add your name (optional), and customize the label shown underneath it (defaults to "Authorized Signatory"). This is off by default — turn on Show signature on invoice once you've uploaded an image you're happy with. It appears on Invoice and Instant Invoice PDFs only, not on proposals.
