Setting up your rate card

Set your rates once on Studio → Default Pricing and every new proposal prices itself from them.

What you set

Your rate card covers a per-unit rate for each role and add-on you bill by:

  • Candid Photographer
  • Traditional Photographer
  • Candid Videographer
  • Traditional Videographer
  • Drone
  • LED Screen
  • Live Streaming
  • Price per photobook sheet

How it's used

When you add an event to a proposal and set how many of each role are working it, the event's price is calculated automatically by multiplying your rate card against that team size — no manual math per proposal. The same applies to photobooks, priced per sheet.

Overriding for a specific job

Your rate card is a starting point, not a lock. Any event, photobook, or line item can be switched to Enter Manually right on that proposal — useful for a negotiated rate, a discount, or a one-off job that doesn't fit your standard pricing. This only affects that one proposal; your saved rate card is untouched.

Changing your rates later

Updating your rate card only affects proposals you create after the change — every proposal already sent keeps the pricing it was created with, so past quotes never shift under a client.
